  Item in great condition as described, and packaged well This seller also went above and beyond after the shipping company decided to have a total meltdown -- holding the package at the Canadian border awaiting customs payment, while refusing to call, email, send me a payment link, or take my calls. Seller took time to continue hounding the shipping company, and eventually prepaid the import taxes on my behalf. Item was received, thanks to seller's extraordinary effort

  The camera arrived safely and is absolutely beautiful — exactly as described. This is a truly great and honest seller. We stayed in touch throughout the entire process, and even when there was a small address issue during shipping, the seller was very proactive and helped contact the shipping company, which made me feel very reassured.
