    Item in great shape, but the communication and shipping is none. There wasn't any tracking number provided until I called the seller (only German language) and they did not note my phone number on the package. I was lucky that I managed to find the package in the carrier deposit because they couldn't deliver it without a phone number. Overall the items I bought work great, are in great shape and I'm looking forward to buy more items from this seller but I hope for better shipping/communication.

    The item was as described and shipping done swiftly. Unfortunately too light packaging led to damage during transportation to the periferal parts of the equipment. The main unit and mandatory accessories were fully functional luckily. A partial reasonable refund was arranged promptly and necessary discussions were easy. These things happen in business and we are happy with end result. Recommended!

    If you communicate with english language he does not answer or answers with delay and always in German. Description of item was incomplete because a malfunction of articulated arm which is abnormally mobile, was not described . Shipment without tracking, however device arrived in the estimated times. The electronic part of the device and the accessories are functional. Invoice was issued without reverse charge of VAT. Correction was refused. Judgement is positive for good electronic function.
