  The item did not arrive as it was described, and the seller refused to help resolve this issue. I have never interacted with a seller less willing to help. They repeatedly told me to talk to Ebay Support, despite Ebay saying that it was the seller’s responsibility to resolve the issue.

  You purchased a sealed pack of sold out, limited edition cards, opened them, and decided you wanted to get them cheaper. So you opened a return with the reason “Just didn't like it” and then immediately closed the return. You knew once a return is closed it cannot be reopened, even by eBay support, then you tried to force me to provide a partial refund, because you want the cards. you didn't want to return them. You have a have pattern of this dishonest behavior, I caution all sellers.
