  This item is as described, very pleased with purchase, even more pleased with shipping time, excellent communications as to when it was shipped out, right up to delivery + well packed Highly Recommended people to deal with, thank you. Easy to fit new one, pull off silver plastic knob, grip hold of white plastic, that the knob was fitted to with a pair of pliers, pull hard, the whole switch will come out, line the rear of new switch up with rod, just push on, making sure switch is closed
