  I was not paying close enough attention to the product’s condition when I bought it. I had assumed it was in new/very good condition. I reached out to the seller, who informed me of the actual condition in the listing but still offered a partial refund. The seller was very kind for doing this, as it was totally on me for not reading the listing more thoroughly. The shipping was pretty timely. Overall, I’d say this is a good shop to purchase from.
