The item is as described and came with a warranty until next year. I would purchase again from this seller! The item is essentially open box, and has no visible wear. It offers great value compared to paying over a thousand for the same laptop. Packaging was handled carefully and was made sure to not cause damage to the item.

The cell phone works, as expected. I still could not confirm if the cell phone is unlocked, since I still did not place a SIM card on it, but I have confidence that it is unlocked.
