Contacted the seller who replied quickly and updated the description to be more accurate. Overall very happy with my purchase!

The iPod arrived was not "NEW and Sealed" as stated in the title, it's refurbished and locked because logged in with another account. I kindly asked to remotely unlock It or to return It but the seller couldn't provide me with a shipping label and was not willing to pay for a tracked shipment making up many excuses. After A LOT of messages trying to make them follow the correct return procedure i had to contact eBay to resolve the issue and they refund me.
