  FANTASTIC SELLER!!! When I notified the seller that the clockem I ordered did not arrive in Fort Myers, FL shortly after Hurrican Ian, the seller IMMEDIATLEY SHIPPED ME A REPLACEMENT, no further questions asked, that i received in 2 days. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional. HAVE NO FEAR dealing with this seller!!!

  Item received as described. Original order was not delivered to my house, and after reporting the item as not arrived (though tracking said it was delivered), the seller sent another unit right away with no questions asked.

  Seller inadvertently shipped the coffee maker to the wrong address. When I brought this to their attention they immediately shipped a second one to the correct address. Parcel wasn't double boxed which concerned me considering the glass pot was largely unprotected but was not damaged and worked fine. In all a good deal. The local post office confirmed the wrong address via tracking info. If your package doesn't arrive check with the local post office to establish who is at fault.

  I was very pleased with the seller. There was an delivery issue with item accidentally being delivered to wrong address, but the seller quickly and satisfactorily resolved the issue and my item arrived only a day later than expected. I will do business with this seller again in future.
