There was so much attention to detail with flat edges and folded corners. (And that's just the exterior box and tape!) Honestly, I felt like someone had sent me a beautiful Christmas gift to open! — Inside, my item was secure and safe with extra padding. I couldn't ask for more.   Unfortunately I received the wrong item but the seller went above & beyond to make things right. After opening my order I noticed I received a camera which was different then the one I ordered. The cameras look identical but the one I received will not work with my DVR. The seller emailed me back with a refund shortly after I contacted them which means a lot to me. I understand mistakes happen but it's what you do with the mistake that means everything. This seller was great !!!

  A little mix up with sending the wrong model by mistake, but the seller was communicative and quickly and attentively resolved the issue sending the right camera right away. They also sent a prepaid return label for the wrong product. Really great customer service

  Overall my experience with this seller was positive and the seller did do everything to their ability to handle the issue that arose for my purchase of this item the only reason three stars were given on the item was because it showed up with moderate damage and that's not what had shown. But seller approved return was positive and respectful so overall feedback is positive other than problem with item I would give this seller five stars thank you.

  You can trust this seller…packed well too. You could tell the box went through utter hell; crushed…corner torn. But it was well protected inside and no damage to the product whatsoever. Initiated the shipping quickly and it came in the earliest day in estimated date range. Overall…more than satisfied; absolutely amazed and will be looking for the opportunity to purchase from this seller again 👍👍
