  very good experience all around from start to finish. A+ for great care taken in packing and protecting a really nice cap. price was reasonable for an item not normally found in these parts. Response to communication was immediate and shipment initiated as soon as possible. Kudos to seller who knows how to do it right.

  I feel so very bad. The seller's item was described as three books, of which I only needed one. She sent the one she thought had been listed as the was unaware her item was listed incorrectly. HOWEVER, it was the book I wanted! I sent her a message that I did not require a refund, but she refunded the charge anyway! I am sorry for the confusion and that she didn't get her money but I don't know how to "fix" that. Still, I'd buy from this seller anytime!
