  The purchasing experience with this seller was of utmost professional! After I made an error of my address change due to a move, the seller was very understanding and went beyond to help me address and manually change my error.   Purchased 5/31 and had to reach out to seller on 6/12 to get tracking information on my purchase. As a seller myself, I know it shouldn't take nearly 2 weeks to ship out an item. Other than that, I am happy with the item I purchased.

  Waiting 12 days to upload tracking information is unacceptable and not timely. All one needs to do is review your feedback profile and the picture becomes quite clear that they should steer clear of your store if they want their items shipped promptly.

  Order shipped according to stated shipping and handling time in the listing. Once a package is shipped seller has no control over the route USPS ships that package or travel time/delivery date as USPS is in control of that not the Seller.
