  My new espresso maker is great! It was brand new when I took it out of the box with no imperfections. I ordered this because it was slightly cheaper than full price, so I expected to wait longer than the 2 day prime shipping I’m used to. But the seller was quick to respond and easy to work with! I sent several messages regarding tracking delays and she responded almost immediately. It looks great in my kitchen and would totally buy more from this seller.   I have not received this item as the package has ended up in the Seattle “mail recovery center”. The seller has made every effort to ascertain what has happened, however,it is very difficult to deal with a huge bureaucracy. This is clearly a no fault happening. When a seller puts a package in the hands of USPO it becomes the PO responsibility. It is what it is, the seller is frustrated and the buyer is frustrated, but certainly it is best to let bygones go.
