Seller used poor packaging (only bubble wrap) causing the item to damage during transit. I contacted the seller (instead of eBay) out of courtesy, informing them that I'm unable to return the item as I'm using a shipping forwarder (and hence I'll be out of pocket) yet they asked to return the item anyway. I requested a refund to save both parties time and effort but they've ignored my request. I'm now left with a damaged item due to carelessness and unwillingness to even partially refund.
