  The delivery driver completely wrecked the box an item came damaged in shipping. However, I'd like to emphasize that the seller had responded very kindly and was very understanding, and eBay was able to help return the item. I'm very satisfied with the communication experience and I very much appreciate How well packaged the item was, despite the item coming from an international location and taking it a long time to get here. But I very much appreciate how packaged it was anyway.

  Super fast shipper. Unfortunately mail system lost package. Contacted seller and they immediately looked into issue. Refunded money immediately. This was in no way any fault of the seller. Much respect for them correcting shippers mistake. A++++ service!!!

  The item was well wrapped, but the box was damaged in shipping. Thankfully the bookends survived. They were as described in the listing and the seller included photos that were very helpful in my decision to buy. I would purchase from the seller again.
