  Sends wrong item, then threatens to charge me with a handling fee for him sending the wrong parts out. Ordered rear shoes for the MK1 Citroen C1, sends out shoes for the Mk2 2014 onwards, totally different design from the Mk1 Even the box states the shoes are for a different car. Total Scammer !

  Have explained to this customer MK1 and MK2 have the same Braking system. He has chosen not to accept this therefore we have to charge a handling charge for returning them unwanted.
