  The advert listed the windscreen mounting brackets as fitting the R1200rt but the packet when it arrived said 'R1250 RT' on it. I thought the same part might fit both models but this was not the case. The seller was pleaseant to deal with but reluctant to refund, first asking for installation photos to show to the factory, then asking me to accept a 50% refund and to resell the parts myself. I refused and they produced the refund. But it cost me time and hassle and the cost of the return label.

  Description says wires numbered, there not, seller contacted and sent me a picture of correct connections and said would put picture in description , they haven't, they also took several days to answer question, and did so very abruptly
