  Absolutely amazing. Heavy weight hallmarked silver, beautiful engraving and fast delivery. And the package even included a jar of the black stuff which I wasn't expecting! If I could mark the product and customer service at a higher rating than Positive, I would.

  Beautiful photo frame has just arrived. Beautiful and perfect. I'd started to worry because it hadn't arrived (I'm a bit of a panicker), a tracked delivery (which this wasn't) would have been better for me as I was on a tight schedule to deliver this to Italy in 5 days!   An excellent seller, who I would have no hesitation to use again. There was a defect/flaw with the first frame I ordered/received just before Christmas and communication and a replacement was delayed by the understandable issues surrounding the Christmas period. Good service and communication. Carrs frame, as always, a quality item.

  It finally arrived! It took over a month; not the seller’s fault. It was stuck in something called “international hub”. Great communications with the seller. And the money clip looks amazing! Excellent quality of the silver, brand new and great value. I had two of these from Douglass Pell and lost both over time. Wonderful to be able to obtain a new one again! Cheers
