  An excellent seller, who I would have no hesitation to use again. There was a defect/flaw with the first frame I ordered/received just before Christmas and communication and a replacement was delayed by the understandable issues surrounding the Christmas period. Good service and communication. Carrs frame, as always, a quality item.

  Beautiful photo frame has just arrived. Beautiful and perfect. I'd started to worry because it hadn't arrived (I'm a bit of a panicker), a tracked delivery (which this wasn't) would have been better for me as I was on a tight schedule to deliver this to Italy in 5 days!   It finally arrived! It took over a month; not the seller’s fault. It was stuck in something called “international hub”. Great communications with the seller. And the money clip looks amazing! Excellent quality of the silver, brand new and great value. I had two of these from Douglass Pell and lost both over time. Wonderful to be able to obtain a new one again! Cheers

  Ordered and paid for this item but it never arrived. I had a message from the sellers asking if it had arrived to which I replied No. Then after hearing nothing else I asked eBay for my money back which subsequently happened. You could say that all's well that ends well but of course it didn't as I never got the item. Will have to get the item or similar elsewhere and not be shopping at Cators again - Very disappointing

  Sadly we have been let down by our shippers on this one - as such, when we found out it hadn't been sent, we reached out to our customer for confirmation. We then refunded. Sorry it didn't work out.

  The frame served safely, and was well packaged. A lovely quality frame, we are very happy. Great communication, and a good price. We will be shopping again.
