  I cannot criticise the quality and price of the item nor the communication from the seller of the item. Unfortunately the choice of evri as the courier meant that the item was delivered 5 days later than expected. This may not be a problem elsewhere in the country but is a major problem on the Isle of Wight where DPD and royal mail /parcleforce are much better options.v

  My order never arrived - Royal Mail must have lost it! I accepted seller'd offer of refund which was completed swiftly. Good comms from seller. Apart from Royal Mail losing item I have no complaints about this seller.

  Top seller, postage was fast and free and the price was far lower than RRP. There was a mistake with my order, but the seller was gracious and polite in contact about it and swiftly looked into it before refunding without quibble. Extremely good customer service all round and would highly recommend. Cheers 👍

  This seller responded very quickly to my messages. He was very helpful. If you're a prospective buyer, you can click that button with confidence! The item(s) in question were brand new (in vacuum-sealed packaging). The listing also offered great value, as these plushies are typically about £10 each. Instead, I bought 2 for £8! I was very happy and impressed - great value, great seller! These plushies are really nice, and will make great birthday presents for my little one. Thank you :)

  Not a good experience. cheaper incorrect item was sent, tracked. Seller said the correct more expensive one was then sent - it has never arrived after a fortnight. Left in limbo for days without answering messages asking for tracking the correct item and the seller didn’t use tracking for it. No item just a refund.
