  promo Pokémon card arrived as described quickly. good price as well. the only bad part was *the packaging* - ask this seller to at least secure your card(s) inside the envelope between cardboard unless you want your card to get bent if someone blows on it wrong during transit. it wasn't even in a top or side loader for a purchase over $20... other than that: perfect!
