    Unfortunatly the carrier (UPS) lost or misplaced my item and it never arrived but the seller stated that they would replace it. Untill then I can not evaluate an article that did not arrived.

    Good transaction! I believe the seller's prices are good plus, the ad description and images were true to the actual item. My order was shipped fairly quickly, and was delivered in sturdy packaging to help avoid any damage during shipping.

    Advertised a genuine Knack casters but sent generic house brand casters. Price was just ok for generic and look ok but will they hold the load like real Knack caters? Overall disappointed by deceptive advertising practices. Since no returns, just cross my fingers
