By that time I had told E-bay I hadn't received it. and the seller had refunded it. Happy for the seller to now take the funds as I have just managed to get the item for Christmas as originally required. I have given the dispatch time 2 stars. However, being a seller myself I am aware that there are some things you cannot control and it is simply to bring the seller's attention to the time it took to arrive.

By more than $5 so do the math, offer was $13, posted for $23
