  A high quality garment at a good price, even with the quite expensive international shipping cost and VAT. Exactly as described, well packed and shipped immediately. Shipped from USA to UK - the tracking information looked a little strange at one point so I asked the seller if she could investigate. She was remarkably helpful for which I am grateful. I would highly recommend this seller.

  I have to take time to appreciate this casadeLOOKS seller. I purchased this overcoat, a few days later my order arrived. It was the wrong jacket, seller contacted me right away and explained about a mix up with my package and another order and that they would make it right, a few days later seller contacts me again saying that they were unable to get my originally ordered jacket, they would refund my money and I would be able to keep the jacket that was sent to me, by the way fit me perfectly!
