  Bought as a spare for a Series 6 shaver just purchased which is likely to go out of production soon, so don’t plan to use immediately. Package appeared as described, in sealed Braun packaging, so would be confident that this is an OEM part (see photos) and not a third party option. First time using this eBayer, goods arrived within timescale provided; excellent service. Some courier issues with Evri, but no fault of the shipper.

  I tracked the postage and was told delivery would be delayed by the courier. After a week of no movement on tracking, I contacted the seller. They refunded my payment and reported the parcel as lost. The parcel eventually arrived - I took photos as the packaging was torn and open; one of the boxes was empty and contained no cream. The whole package looked like it had been chewed up and spat out. Seller refunded my payment as promised and said I could dispose of the parcel or keep it.
