  They accidentally sent me the wrong throttle positioning sensor, they were very nice and understanding of everything and very apologetic. Offer to let me keep the things and sent me a full refund. No hard feelings and no bad blood and I really appreciate that. Their response time is normally within a day and that’s better than anyone else on eBay. Most the time I don’t even get a response let alone a full refund. I will definitely be doing business with them again !

  The drain plugs are exactly as described and were received very fast. They were packaged very well and arrived in excellent condition. They appear to be great quality and are a excellent price too!   For whatever reason, USPS did not update the tracking on this order leading everybody to believe the order was lost. They went above and beyond to resolve that issue, even agreeing to ship out a replacement order magically. The order showed up unannounced a few days later the quality is excellent. The fit is perfect and it’s brand new and the price is fantastic. Compared to the original pricing looks great.

  The item was in quality condition and exactly as expected. I do with the bolts were longer, but for the value, this was by far the best on eBay. Shipping would have been outstanding, would have arrived three days early, but my location Post Office distribution center held on to my items for four extra days after receiving the shipment and went past the actual expected delivery date. Not the sellers.

  The part description was excellent, it was shipped quickly. The mail system lost the part during transit, but customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and helped resolve the issue. I will buy from Carpopart again in the future.
