    I purchased the item "KIA SPORTAGE 95-03 ALLOY WHEEL CENTRE CAPS X5" after confirming with the seller that they were compatible with my vehicle. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I realised they did not fit. However, the seller was extremely honest, acknowledged the mistake, and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. This is a truly honest seller and a shop that fully deserves our trust. Five stars – highly recommended!

    The item was exactly as stated. quality and condition described, superb value. Despite an issue with the delivery of the item (through no fault of the seller). This was resolved easily and a discount given for the delay in receiving the item. Prompt and effective communication from the seller.

    The seller sent the wrong item and ignored my message when I contacted them about it. I had some issues with the delivery aswell, the seller blamed me. They were rude and extremely unhelpful!!! They do not know the meaning of customer service. AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!! Do not buy from this Seller, AVOID!!

    The rudest customer ive ever dealt with! 19 messages answered , specific items sent as requested and then changes delivery address too! We will accomodate anything we can but they have the cheek to say we are unhekpful! We couldnt do anymore sadly..
