Well packed and had some questions left a message via TEL which states will get a reply in 2h had a phone call back about 90 min later. Where substantially cheaper than other larger retailers. 4 million sales according to eBay. Cant ask for anymore to be honest Will use again for certain

    Item well packed, good price and good delivery time. There was no photo on the listing and despite sending a photo of mine and asking if theirs was the same, I had no helpful response. I took a chance that it was correct, which it was. Communication needs to be vastly improved to prevent customer frustration.
