Well packed and had some questions left a message via TEL which states will get a reply in 2h had a phone call back about 90 min later.   Item well packed, good price and good delivery time. There was no photo on the listing and despite sending a photo of mine and asking if theirs was the same, I had no helpful response. I took a chance that it was correct, which it was. Communication needs to be vastly improved to prevent customer frustration.
