  Spot on Ebay seller. Was a bit apprehensive about placing an order from Japan. But I have to say that I need not have worried in the slightest. Tracking was provided straight from the start. Communications were great all through the process. Shipping was spot on and it arrived in a timely manor. Packaging was slightly damaged but it was a heavy part. No damage to the item that I can see. Overall well satisfied. Will gladly buy from this seller again.

  The mirrors were exactly as described and shown in the pictures, they were in a sealed box, wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them. The delivery was only a few days with FedEx from Japan, ordered 24th arrived 29th Amazing quick service, very good pleasant comms, wouldn't hesitate in dealing with them again, no probs!

  I was a little concerned that it was shipped in what is essentially a cardboard bag. But it was wrapped nicely. Shipping took a longer than than I would have expected. The is as described. The product was New Old Stock. But the part number match and it seems to be clean. I did end up paying more for this item vs just going and purchasing from the Harley Davidson dealer directly but that is on me for not being a good shopper.
