  I ordered a Will Clark bobble head. Despite excellent packaging and the figure being completely wrapped in bubble wrap, the bat on the figure was broken off. I emailed the seller, who responded in minutes and issued a refund. Not the most ideal situation with the figure being damaged, but the seller went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and backing up their product.   Bar came as described, in GREAT condition. I had a question about the item in the seller got back to me within an hour.   The process could not have been more perfect. The seller took my call beforehand, sent the piece according to my request (specific shipper with required signature - all at no cost), and I received the item in PERFECT condition, I could not find a fingerprint or even a spot of dust on the piece.
