  Excellent communication, with quick delivery (considering how far it’s come), a genuine OEM item, which was no longer available from VW directly, which was also packed well and wasn’t hit with Customs charges either which was a bonus!   I wanted to extremely think this seller because I ordered the identical same product from someone else in his country in early April and here it is August and I never have received the product from the other person. This person was on the ball and got it to me safe and sound in a normal sense of time, which was much appreciated

  There was a different foto of the part described which was a misdescription of what the seller wanted to sell. After receiving the part described which i hadnt bought believing i was paying for the part in the foto, the alternator as different from the regulator i checked to see why the seller had shipped a different part from the one shown in the foto. The seller had by then removed the alternator, as you can see its now blank. The seller then told me to return the regulator. Its inconvenient
