  The seller couldn't find the item I purchased but was willing to substitute a similar item at a discounted price or to cancel the transaction and refund my money. I appreciated the seller's honesty and willingness to work with me on a resolution of the issue. I accepted the substitute item. It was nicely packaged and shipped immediately. The seller did all the things a five-star seller should do...except for misplacing the item. I would purchase from this seller again.
