I was in contact with the shipper regarding the tracking. This is out of the shipper's control, but once the item reached the USA, the only tracking info stated that the item was in route to its delivery system's destination. It arrived today...I'm happy with the product and the shipper's willingness to look in to the location and delivery date of this item. Thank you.

Contacted seller. They’re in India. They refused to discuss affixing method. Offered to send another handle but still wouldn’t explain how it was affixed. They kept asking for photos but I could only show on video. Got fed up asking the same question with getting irrelevant answers. Timewasters not interested in having satisfied customers. AVOID THIS SELLER.
