Value was ok given the typical price new from dealership. Slow shipping but it was packaged well and there were no issues with balancing. I messaged them about the shipping delay and was told two business day which is no issue however it shipped on the 3rd or fourth day instead. Typically not an issue however not what was reported.

I accidentally ordered powder coated and wanted to exchange. They were very accommodating and customer service responded quickly and professionally to emails about my concerns. The return process had some hiccups due to eBay return policies, but the seller went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. My only complaint is that powder coated was not specially mentioned in the description.

Price was reasonable. Shipping absolutely sucks with FedEx Ground as FedEx struggles to commit to a delivery window more specific than ‘End of Day’ - this is not a knock on the seller, though, as they shipped quickly. Highly recommend this seller!
