  I messaged seller to get a tracking update because the tracking information was in Chinese. Seller was very quick to respond and informed me that it looks like my package was lost. They asked me if I wanted a refund I said yes. Refund was processed quickly on the sellers end. Overall. I am very satisfied with the seller. I understand esp when weather is bad that packages can get lost in the mail delivery system. Very appreciative that they responded so quickly. 5 stars on my end.

  Was a gift for my wife, she loves it. Was well-packaged, arrived in excellent condition, only negative is the time it took to receive it, which was weeks. Also, the tracking was sub-par, at times it seemed as if the item has lost, as there were long periods of time without an update. As long as you're not in a hurry, this was a good experience.
