  Overall, Great Experience with seller! I received my item on-time and as promised. I didn't know these Access Points required a special firmware to download in order to complete the configuration. I received a message from seller after requested for return these items stating for the reason, and the seller didn't hesitate to accept the return, but asked me if he could assist me configure these Access Points, and accepted his request. We were on the phone to complete the configuration. 5 stars!

  Was sent the wrong item by seller due to a mistake with another order. Seller responded immediately by issuing a refund an apology and a discount on the item. Very pleased with this seller and plan to purchase more from them.

  This company is great honest. And friendly. I'm greatfil for their help the part I ordered would not fit the part no. Was correct but it was not the part. They gave me a refund. It was not thier fault. It happens sometimes. This is a great business and I would recommend them.. J
