  When I pay $133 for a book, I should think the seller would ship in more than a bubble envelope with a cardboard wrap. The only reason I didn't leave negative fb is because by some miracle, the book made it.

  I just noticed your neutral rating. It is the first I have received in years. I'm sorry that I didn't ship it in a box. In My defense, the book was first shrink wrapped and then wrapped in heavy cardboard before being put in an oversize bubble envelope. I'll work on doing better. George
