  Beautiful cape in 'as new' condition. Very pleased with the purchase. The packaging was damaged in transit and re-sealed by the courier, but fortunately no damage was done to the contents. A good transaction, but I'd recommend that the seller uses slightly sturdier packaging in future.

  This item is in immaculate condition and was well packed. Yet again though, someone at the international EBay hub marked it as new so I had to pay $23 to get it on top of what I paid for the garment and the postage. I am afraid that I will have to stop using EBay as this is the third time in two months. Not the fault of the seller, just the international hub. When an item is pre-loved, there are no duties and taxes applicable. If new, they are steep, .Please share this info!
