The item was lost in a USPS shipping warehouse. This was out of the seller’s control therefore I do not believe their review should be tarnished because of it. I received a prompt response after notifying them of the issue. We gave it a few days to see if the tracking information would change. A few days later they automatically refunded my money without me having to contact them again. THANK YOU!!!!!

The projector was NEW in a box, but it did not have 3D; the reason I was purchasing it. My request to return the projector was denied. I Won't be using this seller again.
