Finally I contacted Hettich AUS support via email and they replied me straight away swiftly with very useful information. I got the part number to replace my "Push Open" with "Soft Close" and validated with the seller. I received the items around 1 week later and replaced it by myself. The seller was very helpful and sent me exactly what I needed for the job. It fit perfectly and I then looked around and found another corner cabinet with a fractured mounting plate and replaced that one too. Swiftly posted and expertly packaged. And your case just proved that we made the right decision by doing so. At the end of the day, they are 2 different components and not all the time, you need both parts and we don't want to force customers to pay for both parts when they need to replace just one.
