  The product itself arrived as told and in good condition. This was due to the nature of the product- which was hard plastic. The outer box was crumpled and torn. The product box was ruined but the rough treatment of the package. If I were a collector, this would have been a deal breaker. In short, the packaging was insufficient to handle the treatment the box received in shipping.
