I noticed the mix up a day after delivery, I messaged the seller and within hours they had another on its way with a return label for the wrong item.     Everything was packaged well, swift delivery, set it all up and the monitor would not function. Tried everything we could and it would not work. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION with the seller and a PROMPT REFUND was ISSUED upon return of this item.
