  Seller did everything right. Everything. The Post Office really messed up on this delivery. It took 10 days for this envelope to go from Massachusetts to Arizona. It made numerous stops to, around, from, and back to Florida, Texas, and California before it got here. The envelope was sealed well, the address on the shipping label was correct - have no idea how it crisscrossed to country back and forth. It did finally get here. Saying it's the volume of the holidays just isn't a good excuse.
