  The item was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. Once unpacked the item appeared to be in excellent condition. Unfortunately it would not retain a charge. I contacted the seller and they had me initiate a return. As soon as the item was scanned at USPS a full refund was made. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.

  wrong item sent by seller - not sure how that happened when correct item was pictured in the auction, communication with seller was prompt, and a compromise was reached. Seller did their best, this was an international purchase so it gets a little complicated when there are issues, but as stated a compromise was reached.

  The item is brand new, the box is just open, but the steamer is perfect. The seller was fantastic! I needed faster shipping and they responded promptly and we were able to set things up to get the steamer to me faster. Great seller and great product!

  The mug was shipped quickly and well-packaged. The mug was faulty (it would not connect properly). The seller offered me a partial refund to keep the mug, or a full refund upon return. Since I did not know how to "refurbish" it, I requested to return it for a full refund. As soon as the return was approved, almost immediately, I received a total refund, and was given plenty of time to return the item. I am very happy with this seller!. Thank you!

  Great seller, awesome price, excellent item, fast delivery (cross country). Surprised that USPS didn’t beat up the box, which was well packed in original store and shipping boxes.
