Was an error with the description metric and American size shown but were not the same size so when wrong size received I measured button and realized the description was wrong. Notified seller received immediate apology and received immediate resolution. Very good seller

  Just as advertised. USPS was a little slow to deliver and I messaged the owner, whom was incredibly prompt and thorough regarding it. It's obvious they care about the customer, and it left a good impression on me. I will definitely be buying from them again.

  After communicating with the seller the misunderstanding of the buttons I received was resolved and the seller kindly sent the items I had originally wanted. I am very pleased and appreciative of the kindness of this seller. I received a the new buttons today and I am quite happy.

  I bought these White Abalone buttons in 2 sizes (18mm & 23mm). Unfortunately, the seller was sold out of the 23mm ones & he shipped my package before I could choose a substitute. But he refunded & even included a free packet of similar buttons , which was very thoughtful gesture. The ones I received are absolutely perfect, excellent quality & I'm 100% happy with them. I will certainly buy them again. Fast shipping (to Canada) Careful Packing & excellent quality.
