  The DELL 5810 workstation arrived, but unfortunately didn’t work. Although the computer was thoroughly checked before shipping, it would appear that it was damaged during transport. The seller was very cooperative and understanding, so he immediately dispatched a replacement and the replacement computer worked readily without problems. I am very happy with the outcome and really impressed by the prompt action and friendly response of the seller. It was an excellent professional service.

  The seller was very responsive and addressed my issues very quickly, satisfactorily and was eager to please. I had ordered a lot of 15 computer units and a few parts broke during shipping and some of the items were missing an adapter. The seller replaced the broken items, and sent the missing adapters plus extras! All taken care of in a couple of days and with good communications. Would highly recommend this seller.
