  As of today, 07/20/2023, I have not yet received the unit. This is the second unit that the seller sent to me as the USPS lost the first one. Now, they are a week overdue delivering the second one. The seller was quick to send me another unit after I reported not receiving the first one and I am very impressed with their response to customer issues. The USPS is a disgrace.

  Great Communication, fast service, well packed, low shipping, will buy again! Good value for the price and well described. When it arrived, it was in excellent condition, high quality and super appearance. Excellent tool and works great for someone that is 75 with hand problems. Highly recommend product and seller. Has a nice case too!

  we had some shipping issues at first but talked with the seller and got it squared away my item then arrived on time and was packaged nice and has a verry nice carry/storage case for the things to be put in im happy with my purchase the seller has verry good communication skills
