  Item received was as-described. Unfortunately, it was packaged in a mailing tube that was a very small diameter, leaving the poster wound very tightly and secured with a rubber band. The end caps of the mailing tube were not secured in place, and one was missing when the item was delivered by the USPS. Thankfully, the poster arrived without significant damage, but better care in packaging would go a long way to ensuring successful delivery in the future.

  Thank you for your feedback. We use smaller tubes when possible to do what we can to save on shipping & we use rubber bands to keep our posters from unwinding in the tubes so they will be easier to remove. As far as the end caps are concerned, we normally secure the ends with packing tape but this one slipped through the cracks. Our apologies. We're glad it wasn't damaged! Thank you for your purchase and we hope you enjoy the poster. :)
