  Phenomenal customer service, I realized Monday that one of Hubby’s ribbons had a flaw, we needed it replaced fast (Daughter’s wedding is this Saturday), I messaged Rob, asking if it were possible to pay for priority shipping, he replied he would get it right out “Prioroty” but would not send and invoice until we received the ribbon on time, upon notifying him I received it, he refused to take payment offerered it as a wedding gift; God Bless him; he sure deserves our business.

  This is my absolute favourite seller and will continue to use him (her if I got it wrong, sorry). Communication was above and beyond. I loved the little note that came in on the invoice. That was something special I was not expecting, so thank you. When I received the package, holy wrapping, it was VERY VERY well packaged. Any question's I had were answered with honesty.
