  Items are great and as described. Books came wrapped in a whole bunch of plastic wrap and in a shipping bag, which was a little annoying versus using a box, but it all came with no damage, so I can't really complain. I'd definitly shop here again.

  The jeans came exactly as described and were packaged well. The shipping was delayed not because of the seller but because of USPS. Overall these were a great price for the product received. Will definitely buy again from this seller!

  Item was packaged well but was broken on the bottom. Not sure how it happened. Contacted the seller to let her know and she offered to send return label for shipping but I explained I would glue it and keep the item. A partial refund would be appreciated as pictures were sent to show the damage. Not required but would have been a nice offer.
