  I was sent the wrong item but the seller was honest and open about what happened. They organised a reply-paid return label and a prompt full refund (the item I purchased had been sent to another buyer and was out of stock). Mistakes can happen to anyone - the measure is how they're put right. In this case, it was handled perfectly, with great communication, hence the five-star review.
